Economy Shipping

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. For status updates, please contact hello@daydreamcollectiveny.com if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order.

We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.

International Shipping

We only ship to the continental US (+ Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada at this time.

We send most international packages via UPS. You can see the total landed cost (included duties and taxes) at checkout. International packages may be subject to customs, duties, or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Daydream Collective have no control over these circumstances. 

Returns

At Daydream Collective, all of our products are carefully sanitized and inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products, used candles may not be returned nor refunded at this time. However, we may replace or refund products if damaged during transit. Photographic evidence must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are not permitted at this time. If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done before the order has shipped.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused products for a full refund of your original purchase price within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. To submit a return/refund, please contact us at hello@daydreamcollectiveny.com.
