Return Policy

At Daydream Collective, all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products, used candles may not be returned nor refunded at this time. However, we may replace or refund products if damaged during transit. Photographic evidence must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges are not permitted at this time. If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done before the order has shipped.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping, you may return your unused products for a full refund of your original purchase price within 14 days of delivery.
